Role Overview
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this on-site role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering a positive and professional experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide sales and customer support for in-store and online purchases.
- Handle phone inquiries and correspondence using Outlook Email and Microsoft Excel (training provided).
- Maintain attention to detail while addressing customer concerns and solving problems.
- Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Previous knowledge of area rugs is a plus but not required—we'll train you!
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a customer-centric environment.
Schedule & Compensation
- Hours: Monday–Thursday: 12 PM–7 PM, Saturday: 12 PM–5 PM.
- Pay: $16–$18/hour guaranteed (base + commission).
